Protection for Children
The Company’s Site is not directed towards children and we do not seek to collect any personal information from children. If we becomes aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If at any time in the future we plan to collect personally identifiable information from children under 13, such collection and use, to the extent applicable, shall be done in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
Opting Out/Unsubscribe Process
The Company may use email marketing to provide Visitors who have subscribed with interesting and pertinent information about our subject matter. The Company is not capable of, nor responsible for, removing a Visitor’s personal identifiable information from any third-party provided to them by the Visitor’s consent. Such third parties should be contacted directly in order to unsubscribe.
